Summary
This study will test 33 anesthesiology residents placing double-lumen tubes in a simulator to see how their prior experience and the type of laryngoscope (video vs. direct) affect success rates. The goal is to understand what leads to tube misplacement, which can cause serious complications. Results will help improve training and patient safety.
