First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at women who are naturally very thin (BMI under 17.5) but do not have an eating disorder. Researchers want to understand how their bodies use energy and how their muscles work compared to women of normal weight. The goal is to learn more about this condition, called constitutional thinness, to help design better care programs.
