Summary

This study is testing a six-month leadership training program for faculty supervisors at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. The program aims to teach better leadership skills and create peer support groups to help reduce burnout and improve job satisfaction among healthcare leaders and their teams. Researchers will enroll 125 leaders to see if the program improves their well-being and leadership practices.
