Summary
This study tests different treatment plans for children under 18 with Langerhans cell histiocytosis, a rare disease where immune cells form tumors. The goal is to control the disease, prevent it from coming back, and reduce long-term problems like hormone issues or nerve damage. About 1,400 children worldwide are taking part.
