Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called LCB02A in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific marker (CLDN18.2) and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug is designed to deliver a toxin directly to cancer cells. The trial has two phases: first, finding a safe dose, then expanding to see if it shrinks tumors. About 191 participants will be enrolled.
