Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental drug called LBL-047 for systemic lupus erythematosus. Researchers will test single injections in healthy volunteers first to check safety, then in people with mild to moderate lupus. The main goal is to find safe dose levels and understand how the body handles the drug.
