New hope for women with resistant ovarian cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called LBL-024 to standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel) works better for ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based drugs. About 110 adults with advanced ovarian cancer will receive either the combination or chemotherapy alone to compare effectiveness and safety. The goal is to see if this new approach can better control tumor growth and delay cancer progression.
