New drug combo trial offers hope for advanced stomach cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called LBL-024, when combined with other cancer drugs, can help control advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. The trial will enroll about 110 adults whose cancer has spread and cannot be surgically removed. Researchers will first check if the drug combination is safe, then compare how well it works against current standard treatments.
