Summary
This study tests a new drug called LB-P8 in 87 adults with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC), a rare liver disease. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can lower liver enzyme levels, which may indicate better disease control. Participants receive either LB-P8 or a placebo, and the study lasts several months.
