Summary
This study tests whether a brief sleep therapy group, led by trained non-professionals, can improve sleep in older adults in Hong Kong. Fifty people aged 45 and older with poor sleep and mild depression will either join the group or receive a self-help booklet. The goal is to see if the group approach is practical and helps people sleep better over four weeks.
