Summary
This study is testing whether inhaling lavender essential oil can help reduce nausea and vomiting in the first 24 hours after surgery. It involves 128 patients who have had abdominal, vascular, neurosurgical, or gynecological surgery. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach can provide relief and reduce the need for standard anti-nausea medications.
