A whiff of relief? lavender tested for dialysis discomfort
NCT ID NCT07299617
Summary
This study tested whether inhaling lavender oil could help people on dialysis who get headaches and feel anxious during their treatments. Over 60 patients were split into two groups: one inhaled lavender oil during dialysis, and the other received standard care. Researchers measured their headache pain and anxiety levels to see if the lavender made a difference.
