Summary
This study looked at whether combining lavender essential oil with slow breathing exercises could reduce job burnout and improve sleep in nurses who work rotating shifts. 70 nurses took part. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free approach could ease emotional exhaustion and help them sleep better.
