Lavender scent tested to soothe Post-Surgery sickness

Summary

This study tests if smelling lavender essential oil can reduce nausea and vomiting after surgery. About 128 adults having certain surgeries under general anesthesia will either get standard care or standard care plus lavender inhalation. The goal is to see if the lavender group feels less sick in the first 24 hours after their operation.
