Can laughter and puppets build happier, more resilient kids?
NCT ID NCT07496476
Summary
This study tested whether fun activities like laughter yoga and finger puppet play could help improve preschool children's social skills, emotional well-being, and ability to cope with stress. Researchers worked with 90 children, splitting them into groups that did either laughter yoga sessions, puppet play sessions, or no special activities. Parents and teachers helped measure the children's play behavior and emotional resilience before and after the activities to see if they made a difference.
