Can laughter yoga help new students feel better?
NCT ID NCT07212348
Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga could improve well-being and help first-year midwifery students adjust to their new program. It involved 54 students who were randomly assigned to either participate in laughter yoga sessions twice a week for four weeks or to a group that received no intervention. Researchers measured the students' mental health and well-being before, immediately after, and one month after the program to see if the yoga made a difference.
