First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at whether laughter yoga can lower anxiety in children before an operation. One hundred kids aged 5 to 12, having their first surgery, took part. Researchers measured their anxiety levels using a standard scale. The goal was to see if this playful, non-drug approach could help kids feel calmer before going into the operating room.
