Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga could help reduce PMS symptoms and improve quality of life in young women. Researchers randomly assigned 69 women to either participate in laughter yoga sessions or receive no intervention. The goal was to see if this fun, drug-free approach could provide relief from common PMS discomforts.
