Summary

This study looks at whether watching and doing laughter yoga videos can ease pain and other menstrual symptoms in young women with painful periods. Researchers will split 68 university students into two groups: one does laughter yoga, the other does not. They will measure pain levels and symptom changes to see if this fun, drug-free approach works.
