Summary
This study tested whether laughter yoga could help reduce burnout and improve spiritual well-being in intensive care unit nurses. Seventy nurses were randomly assigned to either participate in eight laughter yoga sessions or receive no special intervention. Researchers measured changes in burnout and spiritual well-being to see if the playful exercises made a difference.
