Summary
This study aims to see if laughter yoga can help reduce fear and increase confidence about childbirth in women having their first baby. Researchers will compare a group doing laughter yoga to a group receiving standard care. The goal is to provide evidence for a safe, low-cost way to support mental health during pregnancy.
