Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can lower fear of childbirth and increase confidence in first-time mothers. About 110 pregnant women who have never given birth will be split into two groups: one does laughter yoga sessions, the other gets standard care. The goal is to see if this fun, low-cost activity can make the birth experience less scary and more positive.
