Laughter yoga: a joyful way to ease childbirth fears?

Summary

This study looks at whether laughter yoga can reduce fear of childbirth and increase confidence in first-time mothers. About 110 pregnant women who have never given birth will take part. They will practice laughter yoga, which combines playful laughter exercises with deep breathing, to see if it helps them feel more prepared and less anxious about labor.
