Summary
This study is testing whether laughter yoga—a practice combining laughter, breathing, and gentle movement—can improve mood and overall well-being in older adults. It will involve 70 participants aged 65 and over who do not have dementia or other mental health diagnoses. Researchers will compare the mood and well-being scores of a group doing laughter yoga against a group that does not.
