NCT ID NCT07314463

Summary

This study tested whether an 8-week laughter yoga training program could help mothers of children with special needs. Researchers wanted to see if the program could reduce the mothers' feelings of stress and caregiving burden, improve their mental well-being, and even lower their stress hormone (cortisol) levels. They compared 20 mothers who did the training to 20 mothers who did not.
