Scientists map how back muscles fire up during workouts

NCT ID NCT07297771

Summary

This study aims to measure how much a major back muscle, the latissimus dorsi, is activated during common rehabilitation exercises. Researchers will record muscle signals from 30 healthy, active adults as they perform specific band and body-weight movements. The goal is to gather data to help physical therapists and trainers choose the most effective exercises for shoulder recovery in the future.
