Back muscle workout may ease shoulder pain without surgery

Summary

This study tests if strengthening a back muscle (latissimus dorsi) can improve shoulder function and reduce pain in people with rotator cuff tendinopathy. 47 adults aged 18-50 with shoulder pain for at least 3 months will be split into three exercise groups for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if these exercises increase the space in the shoulder joint and ease symptoms.
