Summary
This study is testing whether a special training program helps surgical residents learn how to recognize and manage a rare but serious complication called Local Anesthetic Systemic Toxicity (LAST). The program uses realistic simulations to teach both medical knowledge and teamwork skills. Researchers will measure if the residents' knowledge and skills improve and if they remember what they learned one month later.
