NCT ID NCT07079904
Summary
This study is testing if a new laser-assisted ultrasound method helps nurses place IV lines more successfully on the first try in patients having heart surgery. It compares the new method, which uses a laser to guide the needle, to the standard ultrasound technique. The goal is to see if the laser method makes the process faster and more reliable for these patients.
