Summary

This study tests two non-invasive treatments—high-intensity laser and high-power ultrasound—to see which better reduces pain and improves movement in people with plantar fasciitis. Sixty adults aged 30 to 60 with heel pain for at least a month will be enrolled. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease this common foot condition.
