Summary
This study aims to see which of two non-invasive treatments works better for reducing heel pain from plantar fasciitis. It will compare high-intensity laser therapy with high-power ultrasound therapy. The goal is to find out which method is more effective at easing pain and improving foot movement for people with this common condition.
