NCT ID NCT06890117

Summary

This study tested if using a special laser is better than standard ultrasonic cleaning for treating infections around dental implants. Forty patients with this type of infection were randomly assigned to get one of the two treatments. Researchers checked for improvements in gum health, bacteria levels, and patient pain and satisfaction three months later.
