NCT ID NCT07289243
Summary
This study is testing if a newer, less invasive laser treatment is as effective as the standard surgery for relieving urinary problems caused by an enlarged prostate. Researchers will compare the two procedures in 80 men who still have symptoms despite trying medication. The main goal is to see if the laser treatment provides similar improvement in urinary symptoms.
