Summary

This study aims to see if low-level laser therapy or specific muscle stretching techniques work better to relieve pain and improve shoulder movement in people with diabetes who have a frozen shoulder. It will involve 36 adults with type 2 diabetes and a stiff, painful shoulder for at least three months. The goal is to help doctors choose the best physical therapy approach for this common and painful condition.
