Summary
This study tested three treatments for painful mouth ulcers in 30 children aged 4-12: low-level laser therapy, lidocaine numbing gel, and chlorhexidine mouthwash. The goal was to see which worked best for reducing pain and helping the ulcer heal faster. Children with ulcers from dental work, sharp teeth, or braces were included.
