Summary
This study tests if laser therapy works as well as a standard steroid cream for keeping vulvar lichen sclerosus under control. About 120 adults who have already completed 12 weeks of steroid treatment will receive either laser or continued cream. The goal is to see which approach better eases symptoms like itching and pain over a year.
