Summary
This study compares a laser-based treatment to the standard procedure for severe toothache caused by irreversible pulpitis. Sixty adults with painful molars will receive either laser or conventional pulpotomy. The goal is to see which method better relieves pain and promotes healing, using advanced imaging and AI to track results.
