This study tested whether high-intensity laser therapy or moderate aerobic exercise better improves leg function in people with diabetic polyneuropathy. Sixty adults with nerve pain, numbness, or tingling in their legs took part. The goal was to see which approach offers more relief from these common diabetes complications.
