Laser zaps aim to cut glaucoma meds

NCT ID NCT07390890

Summary

This study is testing a laser procedure called DSLT to see if it can help people with controlled glaucoma or high eye pressure use fewer daily eye drop medications. The procedure aims to improve fluid drainage in the eye. Researchers will follow 60 participants for 6 months to see if the laser treatment successfully reduces their need for medications while keeping their eye pressure stable.
