Laser beam targets glaucoma: could reduce need for daily eye drops

NCT ID NCT07281391

Summary

This study is testing a laser procedure called DSLT to see if it can effectively lower eye pressure in people with pigmentary glaucoma. Researchers will follow 45 patients for up to a year to measure how much the pressure drops and whether patients can reduce or stop their glaucoma medications. The goal is to see if this laser treatment can help control this type of glaucoma.
