Summary
This study is testing a combination treatment to reduce dark skin discoloration caused by old burn scars. Researchers will compare a fractional CO2 laser used with a special solution (tranexamic acid) against the same laser used with a plain saltwater solution. The study involves 30 adults with scars on visible areas like the face, neck, or hands that are at least six months old.
