Summary

This study tests whether high-intensity laser therapy combined with exercise can reduce shoulder pain and improve daily function in people who have had a stroke. Sixty adults aged 30-75 with stroke-related shoulder pain will receive either real laser treatment or a sham version, plus exercise. The goal is to see if the laser adds extra benefit beyond exercise alone.
