Laser zaps breast tumors without major surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether a laser treatment can effectively destroy small breast tumors (15mm or smaller) as an alternative to traditional lumpectomy surgery. Participants will receive the laser treatment followed by standard surgery 4-6 weeks later to check if the tumor was completely destroyed. The goal is to see if this less invasive approach works as well as surgery while potentially offering better cosmetic results and faster recovery.
