Summary

This study tested whether high-power laser therapy can reduce pain and improve movement in people with back and leg pain caused by a slipped disc. Thirty-six adults with symptoms lasting at least 12 weeks received either real or fake laser treatments. The goal was to see if the laser could ease pain, increase flexibility, and reduce disability without side effects.
