Summary
This study is testing whether different doses of high-power laser therapy can help reduce pain and improve neck movement in adults with chronic, non-specific neck pain. Researchers will enroll 60 participants who experience moderate to severe neck pain and limited neck mobility. The goal is to find the most effective laser treatment strength to help people manage this common condition and perform daily tasks more comfortably.
