Could a painless laser zap away your neck pain?
NCT ID NCT07137728
Summary
This study is testing if a special type of low-level laser therapy can help reduce pain and improve movement in people with chronic, painful knots in their upper neck and shoulder muscles. Researchers will compare the real laser treatment to a fake 'sham' laser, with both groups also doing standard neck exercises. The goal is to see if the laser provides better pain relief and functional improvement than exercise alone.
