Summary
This study tested different low-level laser therapies to treat neck pain in Air Force pilots and flight crew. The goal was to find the best way to reduce pain and get pilots back to flying sooner. About 80 active-duty pilots with neck pain lasting over two months took part, but the study was stopped early.
