Can a gentle laser beam zap away neck headaches?
NCT ID NCT07163208
Summary
This study is testing whether low-level laser therapy using different light colors can help adults with cervicogenic headaches, which are headaches that start from neck problems. 150 participants will receive one of three laser treatments along with standard physical therapy like stretching and exercises over 6 weeks. Researchers will track headache pain, frequency, neck movement, and quality of life to find the most effective and safe laser option.
