Laser light tested to speed up Athletes' muscle recovery

NCT ID NCT06812611

Summary

This study is testing whether a treatment called high-intensity laser therapy helps people recover from leg muscle tears caused by sports. Researchers will compare the laser treatment to standard care to see if it reduces pain, shrinks the injury size, and helps athletes return to play faster. The trial will include 24 participants with a specific type of partial muscle tear.
