First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding high-intensity laser therapy to exercise helps people with a slipped disc in their lower back feel less pain and move better. About 150 adults aged 18 to 65 will be split into three groups: exercise alone, exercise plus laser, or exercise plus standard treatments like heat and ultrasound. The goal is to see which combination works best over a 3-week program.
