Could a painless laser beam speed up healing after Kids' dental work?

NCT ID NCT07033403

Summary

This study tested whether shining a low-power, painless laser on a child's gums after a baby tooth is pulled could help the wound heal faster and reduce pain. Researchers compared results in 18 children who had a laser used on one side of their mouth but not the other after two baby molars were removed. They checked how the children felt and how well the extraction sites healed over the next week.
